4. Content and Ownership
The Service may host third-party games and User Generated Content (UGC). You retain your rights to your content, but you grant Voidrush a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You warrant that you have the necessary rights to the content you publish and you agree not to infringe the rights of others (copyright, trademarks, publicity rights).
5. Game Developers
- Integrated games must comply with our policies (security, content, privacy, advertising, payments).
- Any SDK/iframe must comply with our cookie and event policies (e.g., no fingerprinting, no non-consensual tracking).
- Developers are responsible for the data collected in their games and must provide a link to their own privacy policy if they collect data.
6. Payments, PayPal, and Monetization
- Payments (subscriptions, in-app purchases, commissions) may be processed by third-party providers, notably PayPal. You agree to their terms and anti-fraud policies.
- Settlements, refunds, and disputes/chargebacks follow the payment provider's procedure. We may hold or cancel suspicious transactions.
- Taxes (VAT/QST/EU VAT, etc.) may be collected according to applicable law.
7. Advertising & AdSense
The Service may display advertising, including Google AdSense. In subject regions (EEA/UK/CH, etc.), we collect consent for the use of cookies/personalized advertising. You can manage your preferences via our Cookie Policy.
8. Rules of Conduct
- Prohibited: harassment, hate speech, pornography, incitement to violence, fraud, cheating, malware, abusive scraping.
- Prohibited: exploiting vulnerabilities, circumventing technical limitations, spamming, identity theft.

9. Minor Users
If you are below the legal age of your country, use may require authorization from a parent/guardian. Some content may be unsuitable for minors.
10. Infringement Reporting (DMCA / Equivalents)

11. Availability, Security, and Maintenance
We make reasonable efforts to ensure availability and security, without guarantee of absence of errors or interruptions. Maintenance operations may occur.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Voidrush shall not be liable for indirect, intangible losses, loss of profits, data, or damages resulting from the use of the Service.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access in case of non-compliance with the Terms or legal obligations.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the publisher's headquarters, subject to the mandatory rules of your country of residence. The competent courts are those of the headquarters, unless otherwise provided.
15. Modifications
We may modify these Terms. The online version is authoritative. In case of substantial changes, we will notify you by reasonable means.
